That&#8217;s why management of business processes (BPM) is so vital to the success of a construction project or company.\n<\/p>\n<p>BPM is a comprehensive system for identifying and improving, modeling, automating and continuously monitoring business processes. The goal is to align internal business tasks with strategic goals, resulting in increased efficiency and profitability.\n<\/p>\n<p>To accomplish its goal, the BPM lifecycle has six phases: analyze, design and implement, monitor, optimize, and revise. The first step of the cycle is to study the existing process and identify areas that could be improved. The second stage is the creation of a new business process that meets the needs of the business, using standardization and automation when possible. The implementation phase is targeted towards implementing the new process model.
